I thought this shine effect was a little too much, so I
made it into a separate picture. It kinda looks like she's
been using lotion of something.

I'm not saying using lotion is a bad thing. I just think
her feet are a little TOO shiny in this. Like she's just
finished applying lotion to them.

I think it's less that the feet look too shiny as much as it is their shine is very noticeable given a lack of complimentary lighting effects that would make the shine seem more natural compared to the lighting of the drawing altogether.
