Yoshitomi Akihito always gives nice feet views in his mangas! Sometimes even brief foot worship scenes!

My suggestions to read are Sisterism, and Two and Two! I think those are the best and have most of feet stuff!

He is also pretty good at keeping characters consistent, and making everything fun to read(Unlike Hiro Mashima, who finds new lows recently, and now I can't read a Fairy Tail manga chapter without wanting to brutally murder him for what he does to this once great series...)
