It wasn't meant to be, it's just a humorous close-up of her foot from the beginning of an episode (Don't remember much about it; just that the girls are being filmed left and right by a bunch of cameramen Clover called). It's pretty cute IMO.

I personally can't understand how can foot fetishists appreciate comic/anime foot scenes where feet are absolutely horrible imo. Maybe i'm too used to guys like RG/Amaffa... Maybe i take it too seriously. :o

Eh, to me some horrible images can be extremely arousing due to the situation they are in.
Just have to clean it up in my imagination and continue to imagine why it's happening, what is happening and what's going to happen XD

In my case, I think some foot scenes from anime/cartoons are cool to just let your imagination go wild... :3 ... Also, I don't tink we, having a foot-fetish and all, should go around saying what's sexy and what isn't xD

Well said RandomDude. Besides, I happen to think the character's feet in Totally Spies are very well drawn with plenty of detail. In fact, with the amount of foot fetish related situations they've included in that show, one would assume that the creator has a foot fetish! :P

Definitely agree; I even sometimes wondered that as I watched certain episodes, since the girls are seen barefoot or wearing sandals so often!

@RandomDude well i just won't say that someone's fetish is weird/freaks me out since i've already been called a weirdo for having such a fetish (and i can have a boner for weirder than an pair of feet in fact):o But concerning my own fetish, i think it's ok to discuss about what's sexy and what's not :o Communities like publicfeet/wikifeet and alot of pretty known ff-related forums around the web exists for more or less that very purpose :D (sharing pics/vids + discuss the uglyness of Uma thurman's feet with her foot-fanboys :o)
