Her face looks off, almost small and round/chubby, her breasts looks like small triangles and her arches look super wrinkled despite the factt hat the rest of her foot looks uncurled/unscrunched. Now comes the constructive part: I would possibliy do more analysis of the series' art style before making her face, maybe round out her breasts somewhat, and I would see if you can find foot models, either on line, or someone you know who's cool with a foot fetish and willing to model for you where necessary.

@Shinji_lkari you do know that she has a round face and triangles for boobs on the show right? If anything I made her boobs look more realistic than the show does. Besides that thnx for the feedback bro! :)

After seeing this ( http://footfetishbooru.booru.org...st&s=view&id=3729 ), I realized you're right about her boobs, though I'm fairly certain that my remark about her face stands, since her face always looked fairly narrow, at least in comparison to what we see here.
