I guess that's either a personal fetish of the artist, him not knowing how to draw nipples, or due to the fact that Peach is growing. It does look strange, though. o.o

Heh, yeah, it's apparently a part of some comic that can simply be summarized as "Peach grows up in a very weird and kinda Japanesey way." Really, just found it on the interwebs, and believe me, I'm incredibly weirded out by the nipples too; I probably should've clipped that part out in hindsight. Sorry for weirding you people out with that part of this pic.
