This coloring... where do I begin with it? I guess I
should begin by saying I lost some of my drive to color
after the Delia picture; which would also explain why
this is my first color job in about a month. In between
me being burnt out on coloring, plus azerty and abunai
picking up the pace on their own work, I figured the
Delia picture was just a flash in the pan and that my
work with coloring wasn't as good as it used to be; up
until a few days ago, when I decided "y'know what? I'm
tired of feeling sorry for myself. It's about time I
prove I still have what it takes." And, after a bit of
time looking at some options to color, that's when I
decided I'd tackle this image here.

Despite azerty already having made his own version of
the picture (which is also very well-done, I should
add), I figured I'd work on this one as well; it's a
Murati drawing of Pokémon girls with sweaty feet, so at
the very least I'd have fun working on it, regardless of
how it turned out. This is probably the coloring I've
spent the most time on out of all my works; overall,
at least twelve, if not thirteen, hours went into it, and
hopefully it shows, given that at least one of those
hours was spent just double-checking it just to make
sure there wasn't a pixel out of place. Actually getting
started on the picture was a lot easier than I had
expected, especially with the wand tool to get rid of
the gray in a single go. Once I shook off some of that
aforementioned self-doubt, a lot of the extra time spent
was me taking my time to fine-tune the lining, same with
getting the colors just right and making sure they
didn't go past the lines; call me a perfectionist, but I
feel that I owed it to myself and y'all to put some
extra work into this one. I do wish that Fennel's eyes
could've been easier to work with, same with having to
color in her hair before lining the image, but those are
more criticisms with her official art rather than the
color job; I'm pleased with how I pulled it off.
Juniper, in comparison, was a lot easier to work with,
given that it was mainly her mouth that was a bit of a
hassle, but thankfully, I managed to make it look good
just using a black outline; as a bonus, I realized that
it looks like she has black lip gloss, so I decided to
keep it black for sure (and, unlike the Elsa and Anna
pictures, the mouth doesn't look butchered either way.
Go, me! =D). And, to add a slight touch to differentiate
this version from azerty's, I added in the puddles of
sweat around their feet, which, for a first time making,
I think looks really good.

A lot of time and effort went into this picture, and
hopefully it was worth pulling the all-nighter on my end
and reading this block of commentary on yours. Now, if
you'll excuse me, I'm going to fap profusely to my work,
get some rest, binge-watch Daredevil, have chicken, and
fap some more; not necessarily in that order. Augus is
back in action, everybody! =D (... and yes, I typed all
this out before I uploaded this; why do you ask? =P)

I'm glad to see you're back in action, your colorings are so
good! ^^ The effort you put into this coloring really shows and
paid off; it completely blows mine out of the water! ^^ TBH, I'm kinda jealous! ^^

You did a great job!
I love how soft the colors are and the background is really appealing.
I also like those little puddles of sweat, it's a nice detail :3

Thanks for all the replies! I'm glad that I still have my
touch, and hopefully I'll be able to make you guys proud
with my future works. =)

And like I said on the other version, azerty, your
coloring was well-done in its own right.
