Girl is the main character, but dunno if she stays barefoot or not

She is pretty cute!(On the manga cover she is also barefoot, so I would guess that if she isn't always barefoot, then at least she often is)

And that anime looks interesting! Possibly something like Ika Musume in an onsen...

Although it's wikipedia page severely lacks any information about anything
